Exterior

Spread over 5000 square meters, our outside area offers guests a swimming pool, large garden, full-size swing set, sandpit, 10 ft. trampoline, badminton court, and barbeque area.

On the stone paved terrace, guests will find a gorgeous 3 meter deep swimming pool, with a shallow end for children. Relax on a sunbed, enjoy a cool drink in the shaded cabana bar, or cook on the barbeque.

Next to the pool is a 10 foot trampoline with safety net, big enough for 3 to 4 children to jump together.

The large lawn where children can play on the full-size swing set and climbing frame. The sand pit is perfect for toddlers, and easily transforms into a bocce ball or horseshoe pit for adults. There is also a badminton court.

Blue Villa Interior

The 4,000 square foot interior is modern and spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is an open-concept living and dining room, with a large screen TV. Across from the dining area there is a fully-equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a pantry area with a washing machine and iron/ironing board. At the other end of the hallway there is a home gym with a cardio machine and weights, and a full bathroom with a shower. This level offers direct access to the garden, and a separate door into the two car parking garage.

First Floor

Indoor stairs lead to the first floor, where all four bedrooms are located. There is a master bedroom with a king bed, a sofa that converts to an extra bed, a writing desk, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sink. Sliding doors provide access to a large balcony, with a shaded sitting area and sunbed.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and balcony looking onto the courtyard. The third bedroom has a two single beds, a large closet and a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa.

The fourth bedroom has a single bed. There is a baby crib that can be added to any room. There is a full bathroom that is shared between the second, third and fourth bedrooms.

At the top of the stairs is a games room with a pool table and children’s toys. The games room is surrounded by sliding doors leading onto a small private balcony on one side, and the larger balcony shared with the master bedroom on the other.
